The eCup™ is a high performance, flexible, robust, reliable and portable viscometer reader with fully functional Windows® CE platform designed to acquire multiple channels of continuous viscosity and temperature (and other physical sensors). The eCup™ is offered with a complete connectivity option package enabling a fast hook up to a computer, or wireless transfer and all the software necessary viewing and storing the acquired data.

Among its performance characteristics are:

  1. Ability to view viscosity, temperature, and other physical parameter (integration of RTD, pressure, pH sensors) data.
  2. User can assign fluid information (batch ID, type, location) and multiple units of measurement.
  3. Stores data readings for PC upload and historical views using onboard flash memory card.
  4. With a USB cable, users can attach handheld to a PC and download the data for further processing.
  5. Data can be imported into an Excel spreadsheet.
  6. With optional wireless card and remote software installed on a PC, you can easily analyze data, and store long term data for historical reference.
  7. Optional 4-20 mA output to link to host control platforms.
  8. Instantaneous data in real-time without any moving parts using the ViSmart™ sensor.
